1-on-1 Private Training
Personalized training tailored to your goals with real-time coaching, form correction, and a distraction-free environment. Track your progress weekly with customized adjustments and optional faith-centered encouragement.

1-on-3 Small Group Training
A motivating small-group experience (max 3 people) that blends personalized coaching with community support. Train in a fully equipped private garage gym and close each session with a faith-based discussion or devotional.

Online Personal Training
Custom workout programs, weekly check-ins, and unlimited support—designed for busy schedules or training from home. Includes form feedback, nutrition guidance, monthly 1-on-1 Zoom calls, and full access to the Intent Training app plus Bible studies and community nights.
